            I am an eighth grade Earth & Space science student at Ingomar Middle School, Ingomar Heights Road, in Ingomar, Pennsylvania, 15237 (North Allegheny School District).  I am writing to obtain information about your mine and mining company or corporation.  I am mainly interested in the economic geology or the geology of the mine in general. Note: Mr. Schaefers (www.scied.net) attends Michigan/ Tennessee Technology University Teacher Earth Science Institute (TESI3), a NSF funded program. An excellent program for teachers to learn/teach about mining and the role it plays in our lives. It is a five year program of teacher training and development.

Name of parent company or corporation, mining method, number of shafts or open pits, year started- life expectancy of mine, and how ore separated or processed, geologic history, features, cross section, salary and operating costs (gross profit/loss, production costs), and reclamation process.
